Hulu billed me for 2 accounts from 2/2016 through 6/2016, a $6.99 account and an $11.99 account. I never realized the double billing, but I canceled what I thought was my only account in June of 2016! They then continued to bill me $11.99 until 5/2017. When I talked to them, on and off, for many hours, they admit all of it, but they say they only have the ability to refund six months! They still owe me $11.99 for 2/ 2016 through 11/2016. They know it, and admit it! How can a company not have the ability to refund your money??? They just choose not to!
